About the plumbing records site
We read the terms of the job, inspection and backflow software plumbing firms use, and the water and gas rules that set what paperwork a plumbing job leaves.
Why it is here
A plumbing firm's job history is a record of real faults found and fixed in real buildings, and the software terms it sits under were never written with a data licence in mind.
Meant for
Owners of plumbing, drainage and backflow testing businesses with years of jobs, camera inspections and test reports on file.

Plumbing software makers do not pay for their rows here, and no buyer pays to be named. If a plumbing firm licenses its records to a buyer we bring, it pays us a fee of 12.5% of that licence when we act as its exclusive agent, with a minimum, or about 10% when its records go into a bundle or the pool, all agreed in writing first; whatever a buyer pays us comes off the firm's bill.
